Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Ellucian Colleague's functional and technical aspects, including configuration, extension, and integration capabilities. Required programming expertise includes the ability to work with or learn Envision and UniBasic, JavaScript, React, and PostgreSQL, along with an understanding of APIs, JSON, and XML. System administration experience with Colleague environments, including backups, updates, and release installations, is also required. Proficiency in Ellucian Self-Service, Envision, Workflow, ELF programming, and Colleague Studio is necessary, as is a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
The Colleague ERP Technical Consultant will support, enhance, migrate, and integrate Ellucian's Colleague ERP systems for clients. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients on implementing the Colleague software suite and connected applications, understanding client requirements, and providing recommendations. The consultant will offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the Colleague system, manage multiple project timelines and deliverables, and troubleshoot technical requests with innovative solutions.
