Cloud & DevOps Engineer

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in a CloudOps / DevOps role, strong experience with AWS (Azure/IBM Cloud a plus), scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash, etc.), hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/K8s), Linux/Windows servers, knowledge of monitoring, logging, DNS, VPN, databases (SQL), and experience managing production incidents and supporting client-facing systems. Advanced English is required.
The CloudOps Engineer will manage and improve cloud infrastructure and services, automate operations to improve reliability and scale, support deployments, releases, and service enhancements, lead incident response and root cause analysis, and collaborate globally and adjust to rotating coverage schedules. They will also complete training on the company's tech stack, join a squad of cloud engineers to support, optimize, and improve production environments, learn the service observability and application performance monitoring stack, and learn customer-focused service requests workflows and technologies.
