Candidates should possess a working knowledge of Linux, preferably Ubuntu, and have excellent written and oral communication skills to explain technical issues clearly. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, a team player with a customer-first mindset, and have a desire to learn about GPUs. Familiarity with GPU hardware, private/hybrid cloud platforms, scripting, datacenter hardware, and ticketing systems are considered nice to have.
The Cloud Support Engineer will be the first point of contact for customers, triaging and resolving incoming support requests with empathy and transparency. Responsibilities include troubleshooting OS, hardware, and Lambda Stack issues, accurately escalating tickets, assisting with incident response, documenting solutions, providing feedback to internal teams as the customer's advocate, and collaborating with peers in a customer-first team environment.
