Requirements

Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, externally facing technical support role, an Associates Degree or higher in a tech-related field such as Computer Science or MIS, and possess the ability to identify and describe issues, prioritize and multitask effectively, demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills, excel in a fast-paced environment, and function proactively in a self-directed manner.

Responsibilities

The Support Analyst I will triage work tickets via web-based ticketing system, over phone, or via live chat, actively learn Panopto’s internal Knowledge Base, write and maintain product documentation/FAQ’s/support materials, replicate, describe, and prioritize simple bugs and product issues, provide support via web-based ticketing system, over phone, or via live chat, representing the company and developing goodwill in customer interactions while maintaining clear records in the ticketing system, work closely with other Support team members to provide a great user experience, provide timely updates to customers, escalate and work with Engineering & Development on complex customer issues, and take on other duties to help drive the company’s vision, mission, and align with organizational values.
