Requirements

Candidates must have practical experience supporting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, including familiarity with Windows internals and troubleshooting common system and application issues. They should also have practical experience with macOS, including familiarity with its directory structures and services, and troubleshooting common system and application issues. Experience with tools such as ProcMon and Process Explorer is a plus, as is knowledge of the Terminal and Bash. The ability to adapt quickly to changes in a hypergrowth company environment and a highly collaborative mindset are also essential. A disciplined approach with systematic problem-solving skills is required.

Responsibilities

The Product Support Specialist will provide initial partner support and convey resolutions to customers, walking them through problem-solving processes and providing assistance. They will assess customer issues and escalate incidents as needed, following up with customers to ensure problems are resolved. The role involves utilizing excellent customer service skills, exceeding customer expectations, and recommending changes to documentation. Continuous growth in knowledge of internal procedures, the Huntress product, and customer environments is expected.
