Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions, and a strong understanding of complex business processes. They should be able to translate these processes into technical requirements and perform system configuration changes and data migrations. Additionally, candidates are expected to activate new product features, troubleshoot system issues, and create analytical reports to support business decision-making.
As a Cloud CRM Consultant, you will proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices, understand complex business processes, perform system configuration changes, activate new product features, troubleshoot system issues, deliver training materials and conduct training sessions, create analytical reports, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Occasional travel to the Budapest hub may be required for working off-site with accounts within the EMEA region.
