The ideal candidate has built a successful partner sales motion with Databricks in a previous role and has proven success in outbound sales or revenue-driving partner roles. Experience working with GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ISVs is required, along with high hunger, curiosity, ownership, and strong cross-functional communication skills. A deep interest in composable CDP is also necessary.
This role is responsible for driving sales pipeline, cross-functional strategy, and enablement for Databricks, with the primary goal of generating revenue sourced via the partner ecosystem. The Lead will build relationships with external sales, product, and marketing leaders, create co-sell pipeline through outbound campaigns and joint go-to-market strategies, and run enablement and field programs to activate partner sellers. They will also coordinate joint field events and travel for in-person collaboration.
