The Clinical Support Specialist will utilize Arine's software platform to make outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified by the platform’s risk stratification algorithms. They will be responsible for optimizing patient outcomes, enhancing patient care, and efficiently delivering clinical services under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team Lead and Arine’s Head of Operations.
