Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care, with bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish being a requirement. Strong communication skills, including exceptional people skills and the ability to clearly communicate across stakeholders, are also essential. Detail-oriented individuals with a focus on processes and data analytics skills are needed, along with the capability to document workflows and make data-driven decisions.
The Bilingual (Spanish) Clinical Services Coordinator will be responsible for all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, data entry, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up. They will schedule virtual visits and outpatient procedures, discover and recommend improvements in patient communication, provide technical support, compile and verify data, identify and correct errors, document customer data, and generate reports. Additionally, the coordinator will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation, execute policies to promote the best patient experience, and support new technology.
