Requirements

The Clinical Support Expert requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume lab setting, preferably a digital dental lab, with at least 3 years of experience specifically with 3Shape CAD/CAM digital design and Implants. They should possess strong current knowledge of Implants dental systems and their digital components, along with customer obsession, empathy, strong computer skills, written and verbal communication abilities, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

As a Clinical Support Expert, the individual will develop and collaborate on quality best practices, implement quality procedures across the Clinical Support Team, supervise quality trends and escalate them with proposed mitigation solutions, propose and oversee the enhancement of clinical knowledge, implement rapid quality-focused solutions, maintain detailed records of quality solutions, serve as the highest level of escalation for inbound support tickets, provide technical guidance and customer service via phone and chat, support doctors via phone and chat, offer technical customer service for complex cases, treatment planning, and refab diagnostics, and act as the technical liaison between doctors and the lab, translating doctor feedback into outcomes for live orders.
