The Remote Permitting Coordinator will research requirements for short-term rentals in various jurisdictions and file necessary documentation for registering new rental properties. They will coordinate safety and related inspections, ensure ongoing compliance by managing regular filings and renewals, and maintain checklists for permit requirements. Additionally, they will keep an accurate calendar of permitting due dates, process permit applications ensuring accuracy, and prepare, maintain, and store records.
