Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP), including experience with Epic and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows. A passion for solving problems and creating new opportunities for clinicians, along with a proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch, is required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also necessary to work with different layers of an organization.

Responsibilities

As the Clinical Success Director, you will provide clinician enablement through education and training, surface product feedback by advising on clinical documentation strategies, develop product strategy recommendations by aggregating user feedback, monitor and track end-user utilization and clinical success metrics, and evangelize product capabilities to prospective customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients, partners, product managers, designers, machine learners, and healthcare professionals to bring to life products that bridge the gap between clinical conversations and actionable data.
