Candidates must hold a Master’s degree, PsyD, or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Early Childhood Education/Development, Early Childhood Special Education, Special Education, Pediatric Therapy, Psychology, or a related field, with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification strongly preferred. They should possess current licensure in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, MFT, or MSW with a strong ABA background.
As a Clinical Manager, the individual will develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder, administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, SSIS, FAST, Skills Streaming and EFL. They will design and implement data collection procedures, supervise and train care teams, collaborate with families and providers, manage client documentation, and submit progress reports.
