Requirements

  • 3 - 4 years of direct patient care in the NICU setting
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an RN
  • Must live in the region assigned
  • Hold an active registered nursing license with experience in NICU
  • Ability/Willingness to travel extensively 80%+ within US and Canada
  • Proficient use of software applications (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Maternal Infant care modality
  • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to provide clinicians with optimal equipment performance
  • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers
  • Develop and administer clinical training to end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreements (SOA)
  • Collaborate and coordinate customer training with integrated account management teams (sales, project management, etc.)
  • Drive revenue through execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery
  • Produce comprehensive documentation requirements pre-through post training
  • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support
  • Maintain customer relationships and communicate product/customer concerns to relevant teams
  • Manage travel & lodging budget
