Requirements

Holds an active Registered Respiratory Therapist license with 3-5 years of ICU experience
Ability/willingness to travel extensively 80%+ within US and Canada
Maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
Proficient use of software applications (Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions
Willingness to submit to a background investigation and comply with vendor credentialing requirements

Responsibilities

Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within a specific PCS modality
Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to provide clinicians with optimal equipment performance
Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions to potential customers
Develop and administer clinical training to end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreements to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
Collaborate and coordinate customer training with integrated account management teams
Drive revenue through on-site or remote clinical education delivery
Produce comprehensive documentation requirements pre-through post training
Provide ongoing post-installation training and support
Support existing customers with additional training and product enhancements
Maintain customer relationships and communicate product/customer concerns to relevant teams
Manage travel & expenses budget
Differentiate with exceptional customer service and integrate user experience and outcomes
