Requirements
Candidates should possess a university degree in a related healthcare field, with over 5 years of clinical experience, ideally including transcutaneous monitoring and ventilation management. They must be able to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary hospital teams, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for diverse audiences, and possess a proactive and outgoing personality with proven experience in training and knowledge transfer. Strong technical skills for routine on-site troubleshooting and a high degree of motivation, autonomy, and result-oriented focus are also required, along with flexibility to adapt to variable and sometimes irregular travel schedules.
Responsibilities
The Clinical Application Specialist will provide clinical support for product implementation across all patient groups, train clients on clinical applications, develop and manage client-specific account strategies to encourage product adoption, collaborate with sector managers on clinical evaluations, demonstrate Sentec products to potential clients and provide application training as needed, acquire product expertise and stay informed about developments in non-invasive medical devices, share this knowledge with the team, establish and manage educational partnerships with key opinion leaders, organize and host educational events both in-person and online, welcome client site visits at reference sites, provide first-line support and resolve product-related issues on-site, conduct system tests as needed, install software updates, transmit customer feedback to relevant services, document claims according to quality management system procedures, and represent Sentec at trade shows and exhibitions.
