The Client Services Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound client phone calls and email inquiries, resolve technical problems and product questions, and document solutions for clients. Responsibilities include interpreting and responding to customer requests, collaborating with internal departments, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role also involves gathering client feedback, staying updated on products and the industry, and handling support requests from multiple channels simultaneously.
