The Patient Account Resolution Specialist will provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers, ensuring patients feel heard and valued. Responsibilities include evangelizing customers, supporting field teams with timely feedback, problem-solving common complaints by identifying trends and partnering cross-functionally, creating a better patient experience, and supporting the development and implementation of employee programs. They will review patient accounts to obtain necessary documentation for billing, research and secure required customer information for equipment coverage, manage relationships with field leadership, referrals, and patients, evaluate documentation for compliance with standards and regulations, and perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement.
