Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or have equivalent work experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, time management, and critical thinking abilities are essential. A solid understanding of statistics and trend analysis is also required.

Responsibilities

The Processing Analyst will manage daily assignment operations by monitoring inventory and staffing levels to meet SLA requirements. They will facilitate calls with supervisors, review targets, and present program volumes and trends. Responsibilities include monitoring volume for abnormalities, ensuring the timely flow of events with partners, and engaging in service recovery for escalated customer issues. The analyst will oversee real-time responses to incidents, design and maintain databases for service statistics, and act as a subject matter expert on scheduling practices. They will analyze staffing model results, recommend workforce adjustments, meet with management to improve forecasts, and ensure staff are properly trained and allocated. Additionally, they will approve work schedules and time off requests, and perform other assigned duties.
