Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of call center experience and be fluent in both written and oral English and Spanish. A passion for serving others, proven ability to build rapport and trust, adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn new skills are required. Applicants must also be able to work remotely from a hard-wired ethernet connection and adhere to HIPAA compliance.
The Bilingual Member Service Guide will provide support to members across inbound calls, outbound outreach, and digital platforms, building trust and creating meaningful connections. Responsibilities include listening deeply, anticipating needs, empowering members, translating complex healthcare information into simple terms, and flexing between inbound service, outbound engagement, and digital outreach as priorities evolve. The role also requires adherence to regulatory requirements and mastering multi-tasking skills.
