Strong understanding of IT trends and HPE's portfolio
Strong understanding of AI trends and HPE's AI portfolio
Proven ability to deliver on sales objectives and close complex deals
Skilled in articulating a vision aligned with HPE's strategy
Experienced in leading teams in a complex matrix organization
Understanding of the Cloud Service Providers vertical industry
Comfortable and experienced with C-level engagement and cultivating executive relationships
Knowledge of the AI market landscape and experience selling HPE HPC/AI solutions

Responsibilities

Prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals with a strong emphasis on outbound sales activities and building a pipeline of new leads
Own overall account responsibility for pipeline and forecasting, executing against growth and profitability goals across HPE's portfolio by positioning strategic solutions
Build strong customer relationships with a heavy focus on executive level interactions
Leverage partner ecosystems to maximize HPE’s presence in the account
Understand the customer’s IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements, and challenges, and add value by implementing HPE’s strategy
Drive business performance for all HPE BUs and manage the portfolio mix to optimize profitability of the account
Accountable for pipeline building; accountable for and supportive in deal closing and orchestrating the deal team
Build and develop relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers in IT and business
Develop and engage with the extended partner ecosystem
Constantly develop information technology industry knowledge to position HPE’s portfolio in the account
Orchestrate, engage, guide, and provide feedback to the extended account team members
Act as customer’s advocate inside HPE
Plan for accounts to deliver results through the financial year and beyond
Develop and maintain professional relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
Understand customer IT and business objectives to align HPE solutions with their priorities
Build and execute plans to drive growth and profitability; identify opportunities, lead pipeline building, and drive deals to closure through multi-disciplinary teams
Develop and govern partner relationships to maximize HPE's presence in accounts
Lead the extended account team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure successful sales engagements
