Requirements

Candidates must possess a B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, or physics, with an M.S. preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software, hardware, or cloud technical roles is required, along with the ability to present highly technical topics clearly. Periodic travel is necessary, and applicants must be a US Person due to export control regulations. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of enterprise cloud, hardware, or software technical experience, an understanding of enterprise sales processes, and general knowledge in at least one HPC discipline.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect will lead and own technical engagements with customers, coordinating and executing technical activities throughout the pre-sales process, including customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts. They will analyze customer technical needs, infrastructure, operations, and workflows to migrate their HPC workloads to the cloud and accelerate them using the Rescale platform. The role involves gaining deep knowledge of customer workflows and HPC environments to provide tailored solutions and defining/executing digital transformation strategies for cloud migration. Additionally, the Solutions Architect will present Rescale solutions at conferences, user groups, and webinars.
