Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in a post-sale client relationship role, supporting customers through implementation and ongoing engagement, and prior experience in the health insurance industry with an underwriting background being a strong plus. Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills are required, along with a proven track record in project/account management and strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data formatting, and reporting. Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Client Executive will act as the primary post-sale point of contact, building and maintaining strong, long-term client partnerships, leading post-sale implementation efforts by defining business needs, configuring product recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics, analyzing and monitoring client dashboards to ensure usability and uncover insights related to model performance, documenting all phases of project management and maintaining detailed client engagement records, and collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams on a weekly basis.
