Reporting to the Senior Director of Training, the Client Education Specialist delivers high-quality training sessions on Experian Health products and services. You will collaborate with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure structured, credible, and effective training for both new and existing clients. You will support end-users by enhancing product knowledge, recommending best practices, and promoting optimal usage to drive adoption and retention.
