Requirements

Responsibilities

The Client Education Specialist will deliver high-quality training sessions on Experian Health products and services to new and existing clients, both in-person and virtually. They will collaborate with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure effective training, support end-users by enhancing product knowledge, and promote optimal usage to drive adoption and retention. Responsibilities include facilitating advanced training programs, utilizing established training tools and methodologies, acting as a liaison between teams to identify best practices and client challenges, delivering coaching services, and aligning training with client goals. The specialist will also prepare training materials, document outcomes, escalate client concerns, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain up-to-date training materials while contributing to process improvements.
