Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Training, the Client Education Specialist delivers high-quality training sessions on Experian Health products and services. You will collaborate with Implementation and Client Success teams to ensure structured, credible, and effective training for both new and existing clients. You will support end-users by enhancing product knowledge, recommending best practices, and promoting optimal usage to drive adoption and retention.

You will:

  • Deliver engaging product training (in-person and virtual) for super users, end-users, and client leadership.
  • Specialize in advanced training program facilitation.
  • Utilize established Experian Health training tools and methodologies for optimal training delivery and results.
  • Act as a liaison between Training and Contract Manager Optimization teams to identify workflow best practices and client challenges.
  • Deliver coaching services and enhance training programs according to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with our teams to align training with client goals, product updates, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare training materials and delivery tools for each client.
  • Document training outcomes and escalate client concerns.
  • Apply tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in classroom and virtual training.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Ability to train on complex topics and present to diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability in both classroom and virtual training environments.
  • Excellent presentation, documentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Experian Health products and services, customer workflow processes and the healthcare revenue cycle industry.
  • Up to 20% travel to client locations may be required on an occasional basis.
