Medical Billing and Coding Specialist

As a Medical Billing & Coding Specialist, the individual will submit clean, timely claims with accurate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes, track and resolve denials, validate eligibility and authorization, ensure accurate use of telehealth and preventive care codes, coordinate with credentialing and payer reps, review provider documentation and assign accurate codes, identify and escalate documentation gaps, educate providers, maintain the internal billing rules matrix, collaborate with the Data & Analytics team, and support provider training and compliance education efforts.
