Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of experience in a scientific, analytic, or quantitative field, with a preference for experience teaching complex concepts to customers or peers, and a minimum of five years of professional working experience, ideally in a corporate or industry environment. They should also demonstrate experience delivering learning across various modalities, such as in-person instruction, online learning, and job aids, and possess expertise with healthcare data, including standard clinical terminologies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Scientific Product Trainer will deliver high-quality, engaging live and recorded training sessions to new and existing customers, lead content design for courses and customer-facing materials, partner with Science, Product, and Technology teams to provide feedback on training materials, gain a thorough understanding of Aetion products to answer customer questions, work closely with customers to customize training content, support internal employee onboarding and learning activities, and describe complex statistical and epidemiological studies clearly and simply.
