Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support
Position Overview
Grow Therapy is seeking a Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support to join their Payor Partnership Support Team. This role is crucial in providing a best-in-class experience for Payor Partner Clinicians and Clients. The position is part of a remote-friendly team of 13-15 individuals and reports directly to the team manager.
Work Schedule
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST
Responsibilities
- Answering live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients.
- Collaborating with other teams within Customer Operations to resolve stakeholder issues.
- Working with RCM and Engineering teams to find resolutions for bugs and billing issues.
- Meeting with your manager to discuss Quality Assurance (QA), accept feedback, and improve communication.
Requirements
- Availability: Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM EST.
- Customer Support Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer support (healthcare billing experience is a plus).
- Communication Channels: Minimum of 1 year of experience assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot, multitask, and adapt easily to an ever-changing environment.
- Attention to Detail: Must possess very high attention to detail.
- Work Environment: Desire to work in a contact center environment.
- Problem-Solving: Takes initiative with a "can-do" attitude towards investigating and solving problems.
- Empathy: Naturally empathetic individual with a consultative and empathetic attitude.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate level of technical understanding and experience working with large databases and multiple tools simultaneously.
- Insurance Knowledge: Experience with and knowledge of health insurance/billing.
- Composure: Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under intense interactions.

Compensation
- Base Compensation Range: $45,000 - $48,000 USD per year.
- Note: The final base compensation will vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.

- Grow Therapy uses Covey as part of its hiring and/or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT. Covey Scout for Inbound began use on January 11, 2025.
