Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST and possess at least 2 years of customer support experience, with healthcare billing being a plus. A minimum of 1 year of experience assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with and knowledge of health insurance/billing, intermediate technical understanding, and experience working with large databases and multiple tools simultaneously. Adaptability, multitasking ability, high attention to detail, initiative, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential.
The Specialist I, Payor Partnership Support will answer live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients, collaborating with other Customer Operations teams to resolve issues. They will also work with RCM and Engineering teams to address bugs and billing problems, and meet with their manager to discuss quality assurance and receive feedback for improvement.
