Responsibilities

Manage a specific tech domain (e.g., billing, finance, comms) for client projects within SmartFlex product, including migrations and long-term requirements
Work in partnership with Kraken’s technology/operational teams and clients to deliver project/business needs
Manage relationships with client counterparts (e.g., product owners, business owners)
Serve as first point of contact for tech development and escalation/resolution for domain/product issues
Act as knowledge base on Kraken platform and delivery
Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally
Summarizing and articulating client needs, considerations, and timelines to enable platform development
Support engineering team to deliver product features
Challenge clients to adopt continuous iteration and deployment approach
