Requirements

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in software engineering using Swift, Kotlin, or Java, and over 5 years of experience in an Agile/DevOps environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with JVM-based technologies like Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka, and MongoDB, as well as Flutter for cross-platform development, functional/reactive programming, and leading engineering teams. Experience with distributed, cloud-based environments in Azure/AWS using Docker/Kubernetes is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager - Software Development Engineer will lead and manage a team of mobile software engineers, prioritizing and shipping impactful features for clinical teams and patients. They will define and refine processes to enhance developer productivity and build a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and mentoring. This role also involves collaborating with leaders from Product, UX, and implementation teams on product delivery.
