Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub is necessary. Familiarity with AI/ML projects or a demonstrated commitment to developing AI/ML expertise is a plus. Strategic thinking, exceptional judgment, and strong communication skills are essential.
The Chief of Staff to the CTO will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the CTO, managing confidential information with discretion. They will drive the execution of high-priority R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and removing blockers to ensure progress. This role involves managing the R&D operational cadence, including planning, review, and reporting cycles, and monitoring progress against OKRs and strategic goals. Additionally, they will oversee cross-functional technical programs from roadmap development to delivery tracking and risk management, and partner with leadership to bring AI-driven initiatives from concept to launch, staying current with AI technologies and industry developments.
