Requirements

Candidates should have 8-10+ years of experience in technology-driven environments, with at least 3 years in a senior strategic, operational, or technical program management role. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required, with an MBA or technical postgraduate degree being preferred. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub is necessary. Familiarity with AI/ML projects or a demonstrated commitment to developing AI/ML expertise is a plus. Strategic thinking, exceptional judgment, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff to the CTO will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the CTO, managing confidential information with discretion. They will drive the execution of high-priority R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and removing blockers to ensure progress. This role involves managing the R&D operational cadence, including planning, review, and reporting cycles, and monitoring progress against OKRs and strategic goals. Additionally, they will oversee cross-functional technical programs from roadmap development to delivery tracking and risk management, and partner with leadership to bring AI-driven initiatives from concept to launch, staying current with AI technologies and industry developments.
