Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or equivalent Master's degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 12 years of professional experience within a large team is required, along with experience in a chief of staff, client service, or related role. Experience with tech/digital organizations, a proven track record of managing projects and stakeholders, and knowledge of project management processes (PMP or LEAN certification preferred) are also essential. Strong organizational, time management, data manipulation, and presentation skills are necessary, as is the ability to operate independently and understand business context.

Responsibilities

The Chief of Staff will support strategic initiatives for the Chief Technology Officer, helping to define strategic projects, support key programs, and interface with teams across the company. This role involves facilitating the CTO's effectiveness, executing the department's mandate, and supporting cross-functional strategic work. Responsibilities include serving as a thought partner to the CTO, supporting governance and planning for meetings, managing the P&T roadmap and status, and coordinating activities for employee engagement, development, training, and events. The Chief of Staff will also define and maintain operational policies and coordinate activities within the Technology organization.
