Additionally, the ability to actively learn and integrate AI tools into daily tasks to enhance efficiency and support the company's mission is necessary.
The Executive Assistant will strategically manage the day-to-day administrative tasks and high-level initiatives for assigned departments, directly supporting the Chief Sales Officer. Responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas, documenting meeting outcomes, and managing follow-ups. The role involves event planning, executing special projects such as team-building events and company offsites, and anticipating/coordinating materials for conferences and appointments. The Executive Assistant will partner with cross-functional teams to manage deadlines and provide proactive updates, negotiate contracts related to event management and strategic planning, and administer cross-departmental reporting processes to provide leaders with project and initiative progress insights. Other administrative projects as needed will also be managed.
