As the Head of Global Partner Programs manager, you will lead the development and management of revenue-generating partner programs. You will focus on optimizing and developing sales motions across the global partner ecosystem. In this critical role, you will work cross-functionally to build programs that drive sales growth, improve partner engagement, and align with Zoom’s overall sales strategy. You will bring expertise in partner program design, strategic business sense, and an understanding of how to align sales efforts with partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and optimize partner programs that support sales motions, ensuring partner enablement and motivation to drive revenue.
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design and execute scalable, measurable programs. These will enhance partner success across all go-to-market routes, including Resale, Agency (Referral), Marketplace, and Service Providers.
  • Driving revenue growth by crafting programs that help Zoom and its partners meet key revenue targets.
  • Identifying and eliminating sales barriers, and accelerating sales cycles through strategic partner engagement.
  • Equipping partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully sell and promote Zoom’s offerings.
  • Partnering with sales enablement to develop targeted training and certification programs.
  • Establishing clear metrics and analyze performance data to evaluate partner program effectiveness, adjusting strategies to maximize outcomes and Return on Investment.
  • Coordinating with regional sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on partner strategy and program execution.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with Zoom’s global partner ecosystem, promoting collaboration and supporting partners in achieving sales success.
  • Ensuring global program consistency while adapting initiatives to local market needs and customizing programs for regional relevance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner programs, channel management, or sales enablement, ideally in the UCaaS, CCaaS technologies.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of sales motions, partner ecosystems, and the partner’s role in driving revenue across Resale, Agency (Referral), Marketplace, and Service Provider models.
  • Able to develop, implement, and scale partner programs that deliver measurable impact on revenue and partner engagement.
  • Able to analyze program performance, leverage data to make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
