A minimum of 7 years of experience in partner enablement or a related field, preferably within a dynamic or technology-driven environment, is required, along with experience in a Partner Consultation role. Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, effective communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, change management expertise, organizational development knowledge, and leadership and coaching skills are essential.
The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted business partner, developing comprehensive learning strategies aligned with key stakeholder objectives and gathering critical information to address identified performance gaps. They will scope, design, and activate organizational learning strategies, identify success metrics, and align priorities. The role involves collaborating with matrix stakeholders, analyzing data to identify trends, evaluating and reporting on learning strategy performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
