Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a partner, channel, or B2B SaaS sales role with quota-carrying responsibility. Experience with engaging partners throughout the Partner Development Lifecycle and managing strategic relationships with multiple stakeholders is required. Familiarity with selling or enabling CRMs, marketing automation, or integrated SaaS tools is a plus.
The Channel Account Manager will build and deepen relationships with agencies, collaborate on co-marketing and co-selling activities, and own end-to-end partner enablement. They will drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, deliver product and sales training, and create structure with partners through sales planning and forecasting. Responsibilities also include supporting demand generation, acting as a voice of the partner internally, and representing Customer.io at industry events.
