Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data solutions, data platforms, or MarTech, with at least 3+ years working hands-on with Customer Data Platforms
  • Familiarity with key CDP platforms (e.g., Segment, Treasure Data, Salesforce CDP, Adobe Real-Time CDP, BlueConic) and cross-channel campaign execution tools
  • Strong background in data-driven marketing technologies, including CDPs, CRMs, campaign orchestration platforms, and analytics solutions
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering audience segmentation, campaign automation, and personalized experiences using CDP data
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in segmentation, churn prediction, recommendation systems, or personalization
  • Strong communicator with a passion for innovation and teamwork in a creative setting
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or Marketing Tech, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize audience segments, automation workflows, and campaign triggers for omni-channel engagement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering to deliver complex data integrations and ensure solutions unlock real value
  • Apply AI/ML models and advanced analytics for predictive segmentation, personalization, and next-best-action strategies
  • Support data governance, privacy, data quality, and performance best practices across all customer data flows
  • Help with analysis and design of customer-centric data solutions using CDP platforms (Treasure Data)
  • Help with the refinement of complex data solutions; monitor performance and platform usage; and continuously find opportunities to refine data pipelines and segment performance
  • Stay at the forefront of CDP trends, marketing technology, and emerging data strategies
  • Develop use cases, training materials, and templates to help users and stakeholders unlock value and efficiencies through the CDP
