Responsibilities

  • Identify challenges and opportunities through data analysis and analyze model and product outputs
  • Perform analytics and research to assist the development of new AI/ML tools and models
  • Conduct user research, market research, and research on the latest AI and ML methods
  • Assess risk and monitor against the risks of leveraging AI/ML products
  • Own the end-to-end data to model lifecycle; develop hypotheses, test and analysis, solution development, scope operational feasibility, lead implementation efforts and develop a monitoring plan
  • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement in quality and service through well-executed product offerings
