Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Consultant will provide subject matter expertise to support strategic market objectives by conducting current state process and opportunity assessments, offering strategic technology insights, and aligning customers with best practices. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to strategic customers, understanding their challenges, demonstrating solution value, and capturing feedback for product development. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Management on solution design and validation, leading customer-centric initiatives, assessing organizational change management needs, and consulting with sales and customer success teams. The consultant will also develop and execute market-specific programs to showcase solution benefits and establish best practices, while mentoring team members and ensuring customer success.
