The Senior Solution Advisor role is a strategic presales position for experienced professionals skilled in storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves leading "Art of the Possible" and Vision Demonstrations to help public agencies visualize transformation. The Senior Solution Advisor will act as a thought partner to account executives and product marketing, shaping early-stage opportunity direction and ensuring clear, relevant, and confident solution messaging. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and are eager to mentor others.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or public-sector SaaS engagements.
  • Confidence in leading early-stage discovery and facilitating value-based conversations with various stakeholders, including senior government decision-makers.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives that connect customer context to solution outcomes.
  • Skill in adapting content and messaging for multiple personas and agency roles.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping opportunity direction and collaborating with Account Executives to improve win probability.
  • Comfort in coaching others and elevating team performance through informal mentorship.
  • Deep curiosity about public sector transformation.
