Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience working in the business systems department
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
- High-level understanding of enterprise business processes and their impact on financial and operational workflows
- Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to document business requirements clearly
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties), or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and translate requirements into clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications
- Business System Support & Enhancements: Assist in supporting and improving business processes related to Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) functions
- Jira Service Management (JSM) Administration: Track and manage business system requests, incidents, and enhancements in Jira Service Management to ensure timely resolution
- SOX Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all system changes and enhancements adhere to SOX compliance and financial controls
- Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation for new implementations and enhancements
