Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience working in the business systems department
2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
High-level understanding of enterprise business processes and their impact on financial and operational workflows
Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to document business requirements clearly
Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes
Located in the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties), or willing to relocate

Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and translate requirements into clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications
Business System Support & Enhancements: Assist in supporting and improving business processes related to Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) functions
Jira Service Management (JSM) Administration: Track and manage business system requests, incidents, and enhancements in Jira Service Management to ensure timely resolution
SOX Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all system changes and enhancements adhere to SOX compliance and financial controls
Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation for new implementations and enhancements
