Requirements

  • Relevant certification such as CIA, CPA, or CISA
  • Experience leading audit teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal audit team

  • Oversee the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance efforts
  • Direct and manage all audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting
  • Partner with senior management and the board to provide insights and recommendations
  • Drive improvements in audit processes and methodologies
  • Identify and evaluate risks, controls, and compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Ensure robust internal control frameworks and adherence to regulatory requirements
