The Business Recruiter will lead full cycle recruiting for non-technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. They will partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. The recruiter will also identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and drive initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.
