Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution
  • 6-7+ years of demonstrated high performance in management consulting and/or Business Operations and Strategy-based roles
  • Advanced proficiency with GSheets/Excel; working familiarity with SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into smaller, discrete chunks
  • Experience in building trust and collaborating effectively alongside multiple stakeholders and executives in a fast moving environment

Responsibilities

  • Running the company operating system
  • Driving company planning, including running executive level metrics reviews, weekly leadership updates, company planning cycles, and leadership offsites
  • Owning broader strategic and operational special projects, such as initial visit provider cancellations, driving audits and fixes to existing health plan portals, and recommending opportunities and areas for growth
  • Supporting the strategic planning process and company operating system
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives and projects
  • Defining and building company strategy
  • Partnering with executives to achieve company OKRs
  • Ensuring leaders constantly have a pulse on the health of the business using data to identify areas to work on
  • Serving as the primary owner of complex, cross-functional initiatives to drive forward Rula’s mission
  • Ensuring leadership and initiative owners are working on the right objectives with clear alignment and effective forums for decision making
  • Delivering on projects aligned to Rula's highest priorities and initiatives
