Requirements

Responsibilities

The Business Growth Program Manager will coordinate all aspects of business improvement requests and initiatives globally, consistently achieving results in an ambiguous environment. They will be a major player in business process improvement, building and maintaining a central repository for planning and execution documentation, and leading requirements volatility and continuity. Additionally, they will research market trends, build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners, and advise on site merchandising opportunities to expand Adobe’s footprint and grow revenue, particularly for large-scale initiatives like Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
