Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience running product experiments focused on improving activation and engagement, with a proven track record of building and optimizing engagement loops. They must have experience building products for Windows, macOS, and Linux, along with strong data literacy including proficiency with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.), BI tools (Looker, Tableau, SQL), and the ability to leverage data for product and strategy decisions. Furthermore, familiarity with growth concepts taught by Reforge and comfort leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes are required.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Growth Product Manager, the individual will lead cross-functional teams in developing and executing product growth experiments to increase activation, onboarding success, and user engagement. They will craft and refine engagement loops through product features, experiences, and messaging, analyze experiment data, collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing, identify strategic initiatives to enhance user retention and engagement, and advocate for these initiatives.
