Responsibilities

Identify and engage new general customers and dealers to increase interest in company services
Build trust-based relationships with dealers and customers, understand needs, and expand orders
Manage dealer account inbound/outbound logistics and monitor order progress
Collaborate with operations to manage delivery timelines and quality
Actively participate in card shows and events nationwide to promote company brand and services
Support development of content for social media
Strengthen relationships with executives and decision-makers of existing and new partner companies to build long-term collaborations and enhance PSA brand value
Drive service expansion and new business development across TCG market, comics, games, and broader Collectors market
Lead planning and execution of initiatives to solidify Collectors companies' brand image and open new customer segments
