Candidates with prior BDR/SDR experience in tech, pipeline-building skills, proactive opportunity-finding initiative, ability to pitch value propositions, curiosity, adaptability, and ideally fintech or crypto background stand out; a comprehensive onboarding program supports those without industry experience.
