Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of client-centered sales experience preferred, with a background in hospitality, travel, luxury retail, or a related customer-focused industry. They should possess a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets and expectations, excellent communication skills for building rapport, strong consultative selling abilities, and a passion for travel, along with experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot. A Bachelor's degree is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will proactively reach out to potential travelers and guests to drive bookings across Wander’s portfolio of luxury properties, identify and engage with high-value travelers through personalized campaigns, conduct consultative conversations to match travelers with ideal experiences, meet or exceed monthly booking targets and GMV goals, educate prospects on Wander’s value proposition, follow up with leads, collaborate with Marketing and Concierge teams, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, stay current on property information, and participate in team meetings to improve conversion strategies.
