Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through the sale of Adobe’s Digital Marketing product lines to largest customers in Travel and Hospitality
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers and craft strategic account plans
  • Build relationships at all levels, with focus on C-suite (CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO), and navigate the customer’s organization
  • Guide and assist customers in achieving successful start with Adobe and expanding value from solutions
  • Approach business strategically, set multi-year vision and strategy grounded in value, and proactively identify path to sales plan
  • Be an innovative and resilient problem solver, leading on ambitious problems to better serve customers
  • Communicate effectively and persuasively with customers to uncover viable solutions
  • Identify and gain alignment from customers on compelling business issues
  • Demonstrate industry expertise, thought leadership, grasp of macro-economic environment, and act as trusted advisor
  • Articulate Adobe’s story, unique value proposition, and alignment with customer’s vision and business issues (e.g., ROI)
  • Lead, collaborate, and orchestrate Adobe’s ecosystem and partners to drive outcomes
  • Drive consensus and action as owner of territory and account strategy
  • Manage large, sophisticated sales processes internally (legal, deal desk, product marketing, support & engineering)
  • Identify and lead collaboration with external 3rd parties (tech partners, system integrators)
  • Meet sales quota and run efficient business
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through execution of sales strategy and roadmap
  • Build strong account plans at year start and lead regular account planning meetings
  • Maintain rolling 4Q pipeline, keep current, qualify opportunities quickly, and collaborate with support organizations (Marketing, Inside sales, Partners, channels)
