Business Development Representative (BDR) - North Asia

Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your purpose is to identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales teams to increase revenue. Your goal is to build relationships with potential clients and to drive growth for the company through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

• Support Account Executives (AEs) across North Asia.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration. You will report to the BDR manager in Singapore.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in outbound sales or prospecting in a sales role.
• Native level Cantonese language skills are required.
• Mandarin language skills are highly preferred.
• While SaaS industry experience is valued, we welcome candidates from diverse sales backgrounds who demonstrate a strong eagerness to learn and develop their career in SaaS sales.
• Proven success in engaging new prospects with cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Detail-oriented, tenacious, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
